The company unveiled a new format which supports multi-track events for organisers to host large-scale, grand, and stunning virtual conferences. The video conferencing platform, with the help of new format, can host large scale conferences with up to 1 lakh concurrent attendees.
With everything shifting online, from launch events to press conferences, hosting exhibitions has been a hard chore for companies. Lalit Mangal, Airmeet’s Co-Founder, believes that the shift to online-only events is irreversible. Adding to this, he said, “The virtual summit’s format has been a part of the vision since we started and we are doubling down on our efforts now.”

- Reception: The company describes this area as a place where an attendee will be able to get information about what’s happening on different livestreams. It will also house a branded banner, sponsorships in tiers, a people’s tab with participants card on hover, and the event chat.
- Arena for exclusive booth spaces that can be taken up by partners and sponsors enabling them to cut through the clutter and privately engage with attendees showing interest in their offerings.
- Schedule and Stage: This area will house information about ongoing and upcoming events. Attendees can also choose the sessions they want to join, and can bookmark themselves to receive email reminders before the event starts.
- Social Lounge: A ballroom-style virtual round table seating freely accessible throughout the event irrespective of the live sessions in the different stages allowing for building new connections.
