These days most of the focus is on premium Windows devices coming to the market. ASUS is now trying to shift the focus to mainstream Windows laptops with its new VivoBook S510. ASUS VivoBook S510 is trying to deliver the style and performance normally only found in higher-end laptops at an affordable price point.
The new VivoBook S510 measures just 14.21 x 9.59 x 0.7 in, and weighs 3.3 lbs. It comes with a metallic Icicle Gold finish and features a 7.8mm-slim bezel Full HD (1920 x 1280) display with 178° wide-view angle for great viewing experience. It is the first laptop in its class to feature the slim-bezel NanoEdge display. It is powered by 7th Generation Intel Core i7 processors with 8GB DDR4 2133Hz memory for great performance.
It comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor for Windows Hello authentication. It includes a USB Type-C port for fast data transfer speeds. It also features one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A and two USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI port, and Bluetooth 4.2. Its dual-band 2×2 802.11ac Wi-Fi will support high wireless data transfer speeds. The fast-charge feature can charge an almost empty battery to 60% in just 49 minutes.
