The price of the subscription is included in the cost of the bundle and you can cancel the subscription before its annual renewal.

1. GoPro Hero 9 Black (was £430, now £330)
The Hero 9 Black edition is the latest and greatest action camera from GoPro. It features up to 5K video recording, a new front-facing screen and the smoothest stabilisation we’ve seen from any action camera to date.
Currently, GoPro’s flagship action camera retails for around £430 on sites like Amazon and Argos. However, if you buy direct from GoPro, you can pick it up for just £330 bundled with a one-year GoPro subscription, GoPro Floating Hand Grip, GoPro Magnetic Swivel Clip, 32GB SD card and case.
2. GoPro Hero 8 Black (was £340, now £280)
While it may have been succeeded by this year’s Hero 9, the Hero 8 Black is still an incredibly capable action camera. It features 4K video recording at up to 60fps, Hypersmooth 2.0 image stabilisation and, as it has built-in mounting points, it doesn’t need a case.
Taking a look across the web you’ll find a fair few offers available for the Hero 8 Black, but none come close to matching GoPro’s direct price. For £280, you can get the Hero 8 Black with a one-year GoPro subscription and a 32GB SD card.
3. GoPro Max (was £460, now £380)
GoPro’s twin-lens Max 360 camera is a fantastic option for those looking to stretch their creative limits. It offers the ability to shoot with either the front or rear lens for standard action cam footage, or you can use both to record full 360-degree clips. Using GoPro’s Studio software on your phone or computer, you’re even able to “reframe” your 360 footage after you’ve shot it.
While the GoPro Max will ordinarily set you back around £460, it’s currently available on Amazon for the reduced price of £395. However, if you buy it directly from GoPro it’s currently available for just £380 bundled with one year GoPro subscription, 64GB SD card and case.
4. GoPro Hero 7 Black (was £320, now £250)
The Hero 7 Black edition is still a decent option for those looking for a budget 4K action camera. It supports stabilised 4K video recording at up to 60fps, as well as slow-motion recording at up to 240fps in Full HD, and it can produce vibrant 12-megapixel HDR stills.
Right now the best price in the UK for the GoPro Hero 7 Black is £250 over on Amazon. While this is still a fair price the newer Hero 8 Black currently offers better value for money if you can stretch to £280.

5. GoPro Hero 7 Silver (was £199 now £175)
Although it lacks some of the features found on more modern GoPros, the Hero 7 Silver continues to be a budget-friendly entry-level action camera. Despite its low price point the Hero 7 Silver still manages to pack 4K video recording at up to 30fps, image stabilisation, 10-megapixel stills capture and 10m water resistance without the need for an accessory case.
