Windows 10 comes with the Pictures folder which is familiar to every user. In most cases, its path is something like C:UsersSomeUserPictures. You can open it quickly by typing %userprofile%Pictures in File Explorer’s address bar.

The Saved Pictures folder is a subfolder inside the Pictures folder in the user profile. It is created by the built-in Photos. The Saved Pictures folder is also the default location for other apps to save pictures.
