DxOMark experts have evaluated the vivo X60 Pro’s photo capabilities on the Exynos processor. The difference between this model and the global version of the smartphone is not only in the chip, but also in the main camera: instead of one, it acquired two telephoto lenses.
In addition to the main 48MP sensor with f / 1.5 aperture and 13MP wide-angle module, 120 ° field of view and f / 2.2 aperture, the rear camera of the vivo X60 Pro includes two telephoto lenses. The first at 13 megapixels received a 2x optical zoom, and the second at 8 megapixels boasts a 5x magnification.
DxOMark experts attributed good color rendering, absence of artifacts, excellent white balance and natural skin tones to the advantages of the main camera of vivo X60 Pro. The lab also noted accurate exposure with a wide dynamic range in photographs and videos, both outdoors and indoors.
However, camera performance in low light conditions negatively affected the overall score of the smartphone. For example, noise appears in the photographs, and the instability of the exposure is very noticeable in the video.
Other downsides include ineffective video stabilization and low level of detail in all photos, regardless of shooting conditions. At the same time, in pictures with a long zoom, details are clearly visible.
According to the results of assessing the shooting capabilities of the main camera, vivo X60 Pro scored 118 points and did not enter the top 20 of the overall rating of smartphones according to DxOMark. The full review can be found on the website. DxOMark…
