Install Zoom on Ubuntu
The Zoom Client for Linux allows you to start or join Zoom meetings on Ubuntu, Fedora, and many other Linux distributions. Run the following commands to install Zoom Client for Linux Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo wget https://zoom.us/client/latest/zoom_amd64.deb
sudo apt install ./zoom_amd64.deb
Once installed, Zoom can be launched from the terminal {type zoom and press enter} or from Ubuntu menu.
NOTE: Zoom’s rpm packages are signed with a GPG key. Please run “rpm –import package-signing-key.pub” to import the key in case package management utility asks for a missing public key.
