Launch Microsoft PowerPoint.

Create objects with some animation on the same slide.

Go to the Animation tab and select the Animation pane button, in the Advanced Animation group.

An Animation Pane will appear on the right with all the animation effects on the active slide.

In the Animation pane, click the animation effect that you want to reorder.

On the top of the Animation Pane, click the Re-order Up or Re-Order down arrow to move the effect up or down.
