There are two methods on how to use the MAXA function in Excel
Method one is to click the fx button on the top left of the Excel worksheet.

How to use the MINA function in Excel

Type into the cell where you want to place the result =MINA (A4:D4).
Press Enter to see the result. The result is 0.2. 0.2 is the smallest value.
