Huawei is all set to debut EMUI 10 on August 9 at its Annual developer conference. EMUI 10 will supposedly be based on Android Q and is expected to bring a design overhaul and Dark Mode. Huawei may also talk about HongMeng OS at its upcoming conference. However, as of now, Huawei has not released any teasers or marketing materials feature highlights that the users can hope to be coming with EMUI 10. There isn’t much that is known about EMUI 10 as of now, but we do expect to see a fresh new UI with redesigned app icons as the leak points out to a design overhaul, improved performance, dark mode, and more gaming-related optimizations.
Moreover, EMUI 10 is expected to offer a quicker and smoother multitasking experience. The camera application is said to be getting an update with improved functionalities. GPU Turbo 4.0 is should further improve gameplay experience.
Huawei will have around 5,000 developers from around the globe and we’re likewise hoping to hear something about its home-developed HongMeng OS. Huawei has been working on a standalone software, called HongMeng OS, which the company has been developing as an alternative to Android. The US government had banned American companies including Google from doing business with Huawei. A month later, US President Donald Trump revoked the ban, which means Huawei will be able to work with Google and future Huawei and Honor devices can run on Android.
