Run the following commands in terminal to install Cinnamon 3.2 in Ubuntu 16.10, Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 14.10, Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 15.04 and Derivatives:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:embrosyn/cinnamon
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade
sudo apt install cinnamon

Once installed, restart the system and select Cinnamon during Ubuntu login.
