How to install Stacer on Linux Ubuntu. Stacer Linux System Optimizer and Monitoring tool provides CPU, Memory, Disk and System information. It also comes with a system cleaner to clean the system cache and trash. Users can also clean app cache, system logs or crash reports. Advanced users can manage startup applications using the app. Users can either add an app or delete an existing one.

Installing Stacer

AppImage

  • Download stacer-1.0.7-x86_64.AppImage from the Stacer releases page.
  • Make it executable sudo chmod a+x stacer*.AppImage
  • Run ./stacer*.AppImage

Debian Linux x64

  • Download stacer_1.0.7_amd64.deb from the Stacer releases page.
  • Run sudo dpkg –install stacer_1.0.7_amd64.deb on the downloaded package.
  • Launch Stacer using the installed stacer command.

Debian Linux x86

  • Download stacer_1.0.7_i386.deb from the Stacer releases page.
  • Run sudo dpkg –install stacer_1.0.7_i386.deb on the downloaded package.
  • Launch Stacer using the installed stacer command.

Please note that if you see some error messages while processing, install the missing dependencies with the command “apt-get install -f
