Xbox Games with Gold Predictions
It’s almost time for the offical announcement for what free games will be offered to Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers for the very first month of 2021. And while we wait for that announcement, we have some Xbox Games with Gold predictions that have a solid chance of being included on that list.
For the previous month of December 2020, the free Games with Gold titles included The Raven Remastered and Bleed 2 for Xbox One players and Saints Row: Gat out of Hel and Stacking for Xbox 360.
Usually a larger Xbox One titles headlines the list every month, and for January 2021 we suspect that game will be ARK: Survival Evolved.
Not only is ARK: Survival Evolved currently on sale for 80% off taking it from $49.99 to just $9.99, it is available on Xbox One and is also optimized for the new Xbox Series X and consoles meaning Microsoft could kill two console birds with one stone by including it on Games with Gold.
ARK: Survival Evolved released back in August 2017, so it’s had a good few years on the Microsoft Xbox Store to warrant offering it for free now in 2021.
Another big indicator ARK might be included on Games with Gold soon is it was recently offered for free to play for a weekend’s Free Play Days from Nov. 19-22.
With the 80% sale then occurring right after the free weekend, it appears Microsoft could be attempting to squeeze out some final sales before offering it for free on Games with Gold the following month.
