KonoSuba Plus JRPG for PS4 & Nintendo Switch Gets New Trailer Showing its Wacky Cast in Action

Today Entergram released a new trailer of Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Kibou no Meikyuu to Tsudoishi Boukenshata Plus, also known as “KonoSuba Plus” because there’s no way I’m going to write that mouthful more than once per article.

As usual, it’s worth mentioning that this isn’t the other KonoSuba game for the same platforms coming from Mages titled Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! Kono Yokubou no Ishou ni Chouai o!

That’s an adventure/dating game, while this is a dungeon-crawling JRPG and the enhanced version of a game released a while ago for PS4 and PS Vita.

The video provides another look at the game and at its wacky cast that fans of the KonoSuba series will find rather familiar.

You can check it out below.

If you’re unfamiliar with Konosuba Plus, it’s a re-release of the dungeon-crawling RPG released a while ago for PS4 and PS Vita, losing the PS Vita version, gaining a Nintendo Switch port, and adding a few new features as announced at the beginning of June. You can also check out a previous trailer.

Of course, it’s inspired by the light novel series by Natsume Akatsuki, which gave birth to a bunch of manga and a popular anime series.

It’ll launch in Japan on August 27, while no western release has been announced so far.
