Cooler Master Shows Off Heatsink, Cases and Power Supplies

As is customary, Cooler Master announced a wide variety of new products this week at CES 2018. Don’t let the Cooler in the name fool you, Cooler Master has become a one-stop shop to satisfy nearly all of your PC needs.

MasterAir G100M Heatsink

There has been a UFO sighting at CES: Cooler Master’s latest heatsink called the MasterAir G100M is odd looking, to say the least. This low-profile CPU cooler (74.5 mm) features a 92 mm fan and utilizes Cooler Master’s Heat Column technology, which is said to “increase the direct contact surface area” leading to better heat transfer. The RGB LED controller can be synced with your favorite motherboard for a unified look across your SFF system.

MasterWatt Maker Power Supplies

Aimed squarely at the overclocking crowd, the MasterWatt Maker will be available in fully modular 1200 W and 1500 W 80 Plus Titanium. During your OC sessions, get live readouts via the Cooler Master Connect v2.0 smartphone app. The software was developed in collaboration with overclocking guru Wizerty with live sessions in mind.

Cases

Cooler Master released several new cases as well as some refreshes to their popular Case MC-Series and Trooper / Stryker SE.

MasterCase H500M

For those who like cases with options, the MasterCase H500M might be worth a look. It features interchangeable front panels. The first is aimed at maximizing cooling potential with a mesh panel housing two 200 mm RGB fans. The second is a combined mesh and tempered glass option.

MasterCase H500P Mesh White

The front panel on the MasterCase H500P Mesh White also features two 200 mm RGB fans as well as plenty of space for additional cooling options like a 360 mm radiator or additional 200mm fans. Some of the other bells and whistles include built-in vertical GPU mounting and a customizable power supply shroud.

MasterBox Q300P

This SFF case supports a standard size ATX power supply and sports a nifty design with an “edge-to-edge” transparent side panel. A key theme with the MasterBox Q300P is flexibility: the case can be rotated in several positions as well as a six-way adjustable I/O panel.

A simpler option that is similar in size is also available, called the MasterBox Q300L.

MasterBox MB500

A semi-meshed front panel with ventilation holes on top will allow more airflow from the two pre-installed 120 mm RGB fans in the front and one 120 mm RGB fan in the rear. The excellent thermal performance and aggressive outlook of the MasterBox MB500 make it a perfect choice for gamers and PC enthusiasts. The spacious interior and two chamber design allow users to assemble their case faster and cleaner.

There were too many new products to mention, but additional information is, of course, available on Cooler Master‘s website. Stay tuned for more coverage as CES continues.
