Moto G Play 2021 key specs leak along with press renders and live image

Motorola is expected to launch a number of smartphones in the near future. Almost all of them have leaked lately. A couple of days back, a tipster revealed the design and specs of Moto G Play 2021 but we missed the news. Hence, let us take a look at this phone in this post.

Motorola Moto G Play 2021 Render Leak

The new Moto G Play 2021 leak comes from Nils Ahrensmeier of TechnikNews, the same person who shared details of Moto G Power 2021. He posted the press renders, a live image, and key specs of this handset on Voice.

According to him, this upcoming Motorola branded smartphone is codenamed ‘Guam’ and will come with model number XT2093 for the US. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

On the front, the device will sport a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a dew-drop notch, as per Google Play Console listing. Whereas, the back of the phone will house a fingerprint sensor (with Motorola Batwing logo) and a dual-camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary sensor, which could feature a macro lens,

Further, the volume rocker and power key will sit on the right side. Also, since this device is expected to be tweaked version of Moto E7 Plus with a different camera setup, the SIM card slot should be on the left, MicroUSB port, the primary mic, and speaker hole at the bottom, and finally, 3.5mm headphone jack and secondary mic at the top.

Last but not least, it is said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery. Although nothing is known about the software, it should probably run Android 10 just like the other Moto G Play 2021 that was spotted on Geekbench with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662.
