Lairs are important for when those ruinous do-gooders come to spoil a perfect plan for either World Domination (like the title, get it?) or just to make a little money (billions).
Evil Genius 2: World Domination allows for the choice between four evil geniuses. Though seeing as one is a definite copy of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the choice sort of makes itself. Who doesn’t want to be the one dangling James Bond over a pit of crocodiles or trying to laser him in half?
