When AMD released their latest gaming GPU series based on AMD’s 7nm architecture, they were able to finally end NVIDIA’s monopoly over the gaming market and capture the mid-end gaming market. Right now neither AMD or NVIDIA have talked about their next-gen GPUs but, we do have some rumors that have some information about the next-gen 7nm AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.

According to the latest rumors going around the gaming market right now, NVIDIA is going to move on to the 7nm architecture as well. It is reported that Nvidia is going to be using Samsung’s 7nm extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUV) process to produce 7nm NVIDIA Ampere GPUs and it is said that NVIDIA Ampere is going to be released sometime in 2020. Unfortunately, that’s all the rumors and leaks that we have right now about NVIDIA Ampere. Let’s just hope that it doesn’t turn out like NVIDIA RTX AKA increasing the price and giving us minimal performance gains for a technology that makes games a bit prettier but is available on a few games.

According to the latest rumors going around the internet, AMD is going to release a new AMD Navi GPUs to compete with NVIDIA Ampere. It is rumored that this time AMD is going to put a little bit of focus on the higher-end market as well which means that NVIDIA would actually see some competition in the high-end gaming market after a few years. The new AMD Navi GPUs are going to deliver superior performance and it is said that these new AMD GPUs are going to be RTX killers.
