Every time when I need a new Windows 10 ISO, I always need to go download the Medial Creation Tool first and then run it to get the latest Windows 10 image copy.
Now here is a quick trick that lets you download the ISO image file directly without the Media Creation Tool.
Google Chrome
Go to Download Windows 10 page, press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I to open the Developer Tool, and click the Toggle device toolbar button at the top left corner.
Now press F5 to refresh the page and see what happens:
What about Firefox?
Pretty similar, press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I to open the Developer Tools, and then press the Responsive Design Mode icon at the top right corner.
How about Edge?
Press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I to open the DevTools. And click the Emulation and select Microsoft Lumia 950XL as the device.
As to the new Microsoft Edge, since it’s Chromium-based, it works exactly the same as Chrome.
Guess what, if you have a Linux computer or a Mac, you will get the above download page right away. That’s because the Windows 10 Download page is based on user-agent. By emulating the page like a mobile device, it thinks you are not using a Windows-based computer. Therefore, it shows the download option instead.
