In this guide, we will see how to use the Photos app to crop images in Windows 10.

Step 1: Open the picture file with the Photos app. If Photos is the default picture viewer, you just need to double-click on an image to open it with Photos. If it’s not the default picture viewer, right-click on the image file, click Open with, and then click Photos option.

Step 2: Click anywhere on the Photos app to reveal the hidden toolbar.

Step 3: Click Edit & Create to see the drop-down menu. Now click the Edit option.

Step 4: You will now see a new panel on the right-side with Crop and rotate button. Click on the Crop and rotate button.

Step 5: Four circles will appear at the four corners of the image. You can either move a circle or move the line that appears at the edge the image to crop it.
