These carriers will support Windows 10 Always Connected PCs

Last year Microsoft and Qualcomm announced Microsoft’s Windows 10 on Snapdragon Always Connected PC initiative which would deliver laptops with 20-hour battery life which would only have to be charged once per week and which would deliver faster than WIFI Gigabit LTE connectivity anywhere in the world.

At the event, Sprint was the first carrier to announce their support, and now Qualcomm has announced a further 4 carriers which will be supporting ACPC in H1 20018.

The list includes:

  • China – China Telecom
  • Italy – TIM (Telecom Italia)
  • U.K. – EE
  • U.S. – Sprint, Verizon

So far 3 laptops Windows 10 on ARM laptops have been announced, including the Asus NovaGo, HP Envy X2 and Lenovo Miix 630.
