According to reliable insider Ice Universe, the Galaxy S22 will have a number of downgrades over Samsung’s current flagship. True, in this case, many users may be satisfied with such a development of events.
An insider revealed that the Galaxy S22 will have a 3,700mAh battery. For comparison, in the Galaxy S21 this figure is 4000 mAh. He assures that Samsung is forced to take such a step, since the next flagship will be more compact than the current one. So, it will have a 6.06-inch screen instead of a 6.2-inch one. In addition, Ice Universe clarifies that the length, width and thickness of the Galaxy S22 will be slightly smaller than the iPhone 13. The dimensions of the latter are 146.7 x 71.5 x 7.65 mm.
In another post, the whistleblower wrote that the Galaxy S22’s maximum charging power will remain unchanged at 25W, while the Galaxy S22 + and Galaxy S22 Ultra will support 45W charging. He goes on to say that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have a new aspect ratio of 19.3: 9 (the smartphone will be less elongated), and the bezels around the screen will be noticeably smaller.
“In terms of looks, when you see the S22 Ultra, no other phone will appeal to you.” assures Ice Universe.
However, the presentation of the Galaxy S22 series is expected only in January-February next year, so by that time something may have changed.
