The update roadmap for the latest Electra 1131 jailbreak has officially begun! CoolStar, the main developer and architect of the Electra jailbreak has announced that the first point release to Electra 1131 has been released, meaning version 1.0.1 is available to download, right now.
Just in case you had been hiding under a rock for the last 24 hours and shied away from tech-based news; the iOS 11.3.1 Electra jailbreak is out and available to download.
And now, the first update to the Electra app is also out in the form of Electra 1131 version 1.0.1. This release has come fairly quickly after the initial Electra 1131 launch, which is to be expected in all honesty as the development team looks to try and immediately remedy some of the more prominent issues which have been discovered with the initial launch.
The official changelog for Electra 1131 1.0.1 is as follows:
- Fix app icon not showing up for certain users
- Fix nonce Generator not being set certain times
For anyone who has been sideloading the Electra IPA onto their device and not getting the application icon, version 1.0.1 should immediately solve that problem. But, let’s be honest, it isn’t exactly the greatest issue that would-be Electra users have been facing with this initial release. Additionally, there is also a fix in place for an issue which interfered with the nonce generator within the Electra 1131 app. That issue is a little more pressing so it’s great to see it being fixed almost immediately. All-in-all, a well received and timely update that should definitely relieve stress for some people and show everyone that updates will come and issues will be fixed.
