The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO

It is clear that cooling systems have been in the news in the last few hours. After EK’s announcement to propose its QuantumX Delta TEC module using a TEC (a peltier cell), it is Cooler Master’s turn to make a similar announcement, with its MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO (source: Overclock3D). It would also be a partnership with Intel for the design of this cooling solution using vCryoCooling technology.

The operating principle seems very similar to the EK module except that Cooler Master offers a complete solution, i.e. already having the radiator to dissipate the heat from the hot side of the peltier. The radiator is a 360 model topped by three SF120 fans, so this is a “turnkey” solution.

The part in contact with the processor also seems to benefit from an insulating envelope in order to limit condensation concerns when temperatures are lower than the ambient temperature.

One thing is certain, the end of 2020 will be remembered with the different products from NVIDIA and AMD, so if the cooling solution manufacturers are getting on board too! In short, a Cooler MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO kit that will bring a little fresh blood into the world of cooling!
