Finding a good gaming laptop is hard to find. If your budget is more then $1500 for a computer, you probably want to buy a proper gaming laptop that you can use for many years to come. Well, we want to help you out so, we have written this article about the AORUS 15G, which is arguably one of the best gaming laptops. The price is a little on the expensive side, but it’s still worth it as the features available on the computer make up for the high cost.

Specs and Design

There are five different configurations of the 15G that you can pick up, ranging from $1,699 to $2,899. The lower-end version of the laptop features a 144Hz display, GTX 1660 Ti, and i7-10875H, and on the higher-end, the laptop features a 240Hz screen, RTX 2080 Super Max-Q, and an i9-10980HK.

Now, let’s talk about the design, which makes the high price worth it. From behind, the laptop doesn’t look that impressive, and it wouldn’t be that hard to mistake it for a cheap Dell laptop, but, from the front, the AORUS 15G looks and feels like a premium laptop. The display almost has no bezels around it, and the keyboard is one of the most premium available on any gaming laptops throughout the gaming market. The computer features a mechanical keyboard that is once again, very premium. The laptop has a costume made key switches that feel similar to Blue Mechanical Switches, but, they are quieter. The laptop’s keyboard also features full RGB and a 720p webcam.

One of the essential parts of a laptop is the trackpad. The trackpad featured on this laptop isn’t the most amazing thing out there, but it does feel and perform well. The trackpad also features a fingerprint sensor that is pretty fast and useful. Overall the trackpad is not that bad but, you may want to pick up a wireless mouse for the best experience.
