After weeks of teasing, Xiaomi finally took the wraps off the Xiaomi 11i series in India. Xiaomi 11i comprises two smartphones – Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. Those who don’t know both the smartphones are rebadged variants of Redmi Note 11 series smartphones launched in China a few months ago. The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge is none other than Redmi Note 11 Pro+, supports a whopping 120W charging, while the Xiaomi 11i, a rebadged Redmi Note 11 Pro, comes with 67W charging support.

Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge features a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, peak brightness of 1200 nits and SGS eye care certification. The panel comes with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge are powered by Mediatek’s Dimensity 920 chipset paired with 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Both Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge runs MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition out of the box. Further, both phones come with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP telephoto macro sensor. On the front, both the phones have a 16MP selfie camera housed inside the punch-hole cutout.
The main difference between both phones is their battery capacity and charging speeds. The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge boasts a 4,500mAh with support for 120W wired charging, while the Xiaomi 11i comes with a bigger 5,160mAh battery supporting 67W wired charging. The big news is that Xiaomi provides chargers for both phones inside the retail packaging.
Both Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge come with a 3.5mm audio jack and stereo speakers supporting Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio, Hi-res wireless. Further, both the phones have IP53 dust and water resistivity rating.

Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge will be available in four colour options – Pacific Pearl, Stealth Black, Camo Green, and Purple Mist. Both the smartphones will be available for purchase starting January 12th through Mi stores, Flipkart and authorized retail stores across the country. Xiaomi is offering an instant discount of up to Rs 1,500 and up to Rs 2,500 cashback on SBI cards. The company is also offering an additional Rs 4,000 exchange bonus for existing Redmi Note users.
