Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro appear briefly on Amazon Spain with Snapdragon 865

Xaomi’s Mi 10 series is the company’s current flagship lineup, and it consists of the Mi 10, the Mi 10 Pro, the Mi 10 Lite, the Mi 10 Lite Zoom/Mi 10 Youth Edition, and the Mi 10 Ultra. But as we progress through 2020, there is more to come. We already know that Xiaomi is working on two more additions in the form of the Xiaomi Mi 10T (apollo) and the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro (apollopro), and we have seen leaked hands-on images showing off the Pro variant. Now, Amazon Spain has prematurely posted listings of the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro, corroborating the design and some of the specifications.

As spotted by Go2Android.de and surfaced by @Sudhanshu1414, product listings for the Xiaomi Mi 10T and the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro briefly went up on Amazon Spain (and has since been deleted).

The listing featured a few placeholders for specifications, but it did feature clear renders of the two devices.

At first glance, the phones look really similar. But if you take a closer look, you’ll see that the rear camera branding is in line with the spec difference that we had highlighted in our original report. The Mi 10T is expected to come with a 64MP triple camera setup, and the Mi 10T Pro is expected to come with a 108MP triple camera setup. The camera setup might give the impression that the phones have four rear cameras, but the spot for the fourth camera is actually covered up.

The listing also mentions some specifications, but we would consider them as placeholder specifications. According to the listing, the Pro version gets a Snapdragon 865 SoC, a 144Hz display, 5,000 mAh battery, 8GB of RAM, and options of 128GB and 256GB. The regular variant gets 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. We wouldn’t pay too much attention to the pricing, and leave that entirely up to the launch event.

As mentioned in our original report, code within the kernel sources does suggest that the phones will be powered by either the Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 865 Plus, and the Pro will likely have a 144Hz refresh rate display. Global and Indian builds have been spotted for both the phones, hinting at the possibility that we may see a global launch as well as an Indian launch, soon.
