Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, Edge 30 Neo press renders leaked before launch

Motorola is going to announce the new Edge 30 series of smartphones on Sept. 8. Several reports have claimed that the brand will announce three devices, the Edge 30 Ultra, the Edge 30 Fusion, and the Edge 30 Neo. Before launch, Nils Ahrensmeier has shared the press renders of the Ultra and Neo models.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra

The Edge 30 Ultra can be seen sporting a curved edge display with a punch-hole placed at the top-centre position. Its back panel has a 200-megapixel triple camera unit with OIS support. For security, it is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It appears that the device will come in two colors: black and white.

The Edge 30 Ultra will debut as a rebranded version of the Moto X30 Pro. A 6.7-inch 144Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a 60-megapixel front camera, a 200-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera unit, and a 5,000mAh battery with 125W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support are among its major highlights.

The Motorola Edge 30 Neo can be seen in four colors: Black Onyx, Very Peri (Pantone color of the year), Aqua Foam, and Ice Palace. As far as design is concerned, it features a flat display with a punch-hole design on the front and an OIS-assisted 64-megapixel triple camera unit on the back.

The Edge 30 Neo will house a 6.28-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 695 chipset, and a 4,020mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It will feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a 64-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system on the back. It is likely to be priced at 399 euros in Europe.
